Here at INNOMAST we ensured that at the core of our design requirements were functionality, safety, ease of maintenance and cost.
The INNOMAST design focused on solving the issue of mast headstock access height. The mast headstock when stowed is only 300mm higher than the A Frame of a trailer or vehicle.
Innovative
Due to its design, INNOMAST provides easy access to the headstock while standing on the ground. This eliminates safety concerns of technicians working on equipment mounted at height. Implementation costs are reduced as accessing the headstock no longer requires a platform.
INNOMAST incorporates innovative pivot points and materials in its design meaning maintenance costs are substantially reduced. Firstly, INNOMAST has eliminated internal working parts such as cables and problematic issues caused by hydraulic and pneumatic seal designs.
Secondly, the parts used in our designs have greater longevity meaning that when routine maintenance is required access to the parts is made easy for a qualified technician. The unique design also ensures that infield maintenance is possible without the use of access equipment.

Practical
Push Button activation ensures no manual handling. Safety and alignment of mountable equipment such as communication and surveillance devices are also considered with mast design ensuring the headstock always remains in the vertical position. Fine adjustment of your equipment is made simple with our electric rotating headstock operational from the ground when the mast is fully deployed.
The INNOMAST articulated design comes with upgraded headstock load capability and wind rating compared to its typical competitors. Off the shelf pricing is also significantly cheaper than equivalent mast manufacturers. INNOMAST has been designed to be mounted on trailers, utility vehicles and other mobile equipment or in fixed asset deployment.

Versatile
INNOMAST is engineered to Australian Standards and base mast design come with a range of options from mast height to electrical rotating headstock units. We can also offer automation through a unique interface through our sister company Remote Power Solutions (RPS).
Lead times from purchase are significantly reduced being manufactured in Australia with stock holdings in Australia expanded through our supply outlets internationally.
Masts come in 2 standard sizes with options for linear actuation or hydraulic activation components.
